AS LHV Group otsustas suurendada 100% LHV Groupile kuuluva tütarettevõtte AS-i
LHV Pank aktsiakapitali 5 000 000 euro võrra. Sellest tulenevalt laseb AS LHV
Pank välja 5 000 000 uut aktsiat nimiväärtusega 1 euro. Aktsiad lastakse välja
ülekursita ning nende ainsaks märkijaks on AS LHV Group. LHV Panga
aktsiakapitali on plaanis tõsta seoses panga ärimahtude kasvuga.

Change in the share capital of AS LHV Pank
Message
AS LHV Group decided to increase the share capital of AS LHV Pank, of which AS
LHV Group is the sole shareholder, by 5,000,000 euros. AS LHV Pank will issue
5,000,000 new shares with nominal value of 1 euro. The shares will be issued
without premium and will be subscribed by AS LHV Group. The share capital of AS
LHV Pank will be raised in regards to the growing business volumes of the bank.
