AS Tallink Grupp vaidlustab Helsingi Apellatsioonikohtu 8. augusti 2016 otsuse
AS-i Tallink Grupp ja tema kontserni kuuluvate ettevõtete AS Hansatee Cargo ja
Tallink Silja Oy veeteetasude vaidluses Soome riigi vastu.
Vastavalt Helsingi Apellatsioonikohtu otsusele olid aastatel 2001-2004 liigselt
võetud veeteetasude nõuded aegunud ja tühistati varasem Helsingi Ringkonnakohtu
otsus.

Appealing the Helsinki Court of Appeal judgment
AS Tallink Grupp is appealing the Helsinki Court of Appeal 8th of August 2016
judgment on AS Tallink Grupp and its group companies AS Hansatee Cargo and
Tallink Silja Oy fairway dues dispute against Finnish state.
Pursuant to the Helsinki Court of Appeal judgment the court found the claims
from fairway dues, charged in excessive extent in the years 2001-2004, time
barred and overruled the previous judgment of the Helsinki District Court.
