Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-08-29 07:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 26. augustil 2016 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja OÜ Pärnu Maantee 22 vahel projekteerimis- ja ehitusleping ärihoone rajamiseks Tallinna südalinnas aadressil Pärnu mnt 22. Lepingu raames rajatakse 6-korruseline ühe maa-aluse korrusega ärihoone, kus asuvad büroo-, kaubandus- ja teeninduspinnad. Ehitusel säilitatakse olemasolev paekivist fassaad. Lisaks rajatakse 218 kohaga avaliku kasutusega parkimismaja. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 10 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2016. aasta augustis ning valmivad 2018. aasta mais. Construction contract in Estonia (commercial building in Tallinn)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-08-29 07:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 26 August 2016, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti – part of AS Merko Ehitus group – and OÜ Pärnu Maantee 22 entered into a contract to perform design and construction works of a commercial building located in the city centre of Tallinn, at Pärnu road 22. Under the contract, Merko will build a 6-storey commercial building with one underground floor, which includes office, retail and commercial space. In the construction process, the existing limestone façade will be maintained. In addition, a public parking building with 218 parking spaces will be built. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 10 million, plus value added tax. Construction works will start in August 2016 and will be completed in May 2018.
