Arco Vara AS sõlmis turutegemise lepingu
Message
Arco Vara AS sõlmis AS-ga LHV Pank turutegemise lepingu (edaspidi „Leping“).
Leping jõustub 1. septembril 2016 ning Lepingu põhitingimused on järgmised:
· Lepingu kehtivusaeg – 1 aasta, s.o kuni 31. august 2017
· maksimaalne hinnavahe – maksimaalne ostu- ja müügipakkumiste vahe on
4% kalkuleerituna ostupakkumise hinnast
· kauplemisperiood – LHV tagab, et ostu- ja müügikorraldused esitatakse
kooskõlas Lepingu tingimustega vähemalt 85% ulatuses Nasdaq Tallinna börsi
põhinimekirja kauplemisajast
· minimaalne päevane korralduste maht – ostu- ja müügikorralduste
minimaalne päevane maht on 2000 EUR
· maksimaalne maht – maksimaalne LHV poolt lepingu alusel Nasdaq
Tallinna börsi kauplemispäeva jooksul läbiviidud tehingute rahaline väärtus on
10 000 EUR.

Arco Vara AS concluded a market making agreement
Message
Arco Vara AS concluded a market making agreement with AS LHV Pank (hereinafter
“Agreement”). The Agreement will enter into force on 1 September, 2016 and the
main terms of the agreement are the following:
· term of the Agreement – 1 year, i.e until 31.08.2017
· maximum spread – maximum spread between bid and ask order is 4%
calculated from the bid price
· trading period - LHV shall ensure that the buy and sell orders shall
be placed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement at
least within 85% of the time of trading hours at Main List of Nasdaq Tallinn
Stock Exchange
· minimum daily order size - The minimum volume of buy or sell orders
shall be EUR 2000
· maximum volume - The maximum monetary volume of the transactions
executed by LHV under this Agreement per each trading day at Nasdaq Tallinn
shall be EUR 10 000.
