15.07.2016 OEG sõlmis kontserni kuuluv Jessy Investments B.V. lepingu 100%-lise osaluse müümiseks Eesti tütarettevõtjas Kesklinna Hotelli OÜ, mis omab Tallinnas hotelli- ja meelahutuskompleksi hoonet, kus tegutsevad hotell Hilton Tallinn Park ja OEG kontserni esinduskasiino Olympic Park Casino. Ostjaks on East Capital kontserni kuuluv ECB3 Tallinn OÜ. Tehingu hinnaks on 48 miljonit eurot. Müügilepingu sõlmimise kohta avalikustas OEG börsiteate müügilepingu allkirjastamise päeval ja see on kättesaadav aadressil https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=720124&mes sageId=902767. 10.08.2016 viidi Kesklinna Hotelli OÜ müügitehing lõpule kooskõlas 15.07.2016 börsiteates kirjeldatud tingimustega. OEG completed the sales transaction of the subsidiary that owns the Hilton hotel complex building in Estonia

On 15.07.2016 OEG group company Jessy Investments B.V. entered into an agreement to divest the 100% holding in its Estonian subsidiary Kesklinna Hotelli OÜ that owns the hotel and entertainment complex building in Tallinn, where the Hilton Tallinn Park hotel and the flagship casino of OEG group, Olympic Park Casino, are based in. The buyer is East Capital group company ECB3 Tallinn OÜ. The transaction price is 48 million euros. OEG published a stock exchange release about entering into the sales contract on the date of signing the sales contract and the release is available at the following address https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=720124&mes sageId=902766. On 10.08.2016 the sales transaction of Kesklinna Hotelli OÜ was completed in accordance with the terms disclosed in the 15.07.2016 stock exchange release.
