Helsingi Apellatsioonikohtu otsus veeteetasude vaidluses Soome riigi vastu
8. augustil 2016, tegi Helsingi Apellatsioonikohus otsuse AS Tallink Grupp ja
tema kontserni kuuluvate ettevõtete AS Hansatee Cargo ja Tallink Silja Oy
veeteetasude vaidluses Soome riigi vastu.
Vastavalt Helsingi Apellatsioonikohtu otsusele on aastatel 2001-2004 liigselt
võetud veeteetasude nõuded aegunud ja tühistas varasema Helsingi Ringkonnakohtu
otsuse.
Kohtuotsuse edasikaebamise tähtaeg on 60 päeva.

The Helsinki Court of Appeal judgment on the fairway dues dispute against
Finnish state
On 8th of August 2016, the Helsinki Court of Appeal has made a judgment on AS
Tallink Grupp and its group companies AS Hansatee Cargo and Tallink Silja Oy
fairway dues dispute against Finnish state.
Pursuant to the Helsinki Court of Appeal judgment the court found the claims
from fairway dues, charged in excessive extent in the years 2001-2004, time
barred and overruled the previous judgment of the Helsinki District Court.
The term for appealing against the judgment is 60 days.
