Message
Seoses lepingu lõppemisega lahkub 01. augustist 2016.a. Silvano Fashion Group AS juhatusest Aleksei Kadõrko. Seoses juhatuse liikme lepingu sõlmimisega asub 01. augustil 2016.a. Silvano Fashion Group AS juhatuse liikmeks Kati Kusmin. Kati Kusmin on varem olnud Baltika AS juhatuse liige, Eesti Tarbijaühistute Keskühistu TÜH (praegu Coop Eesti Keskühistu) juhatuse esimees, Kalev Chocolate Factory AS juhatuse esimees, Tallinna Kaubamaja AS kaubamaja direktor. Kati Kusminile ei kuulu ametisse nimetamise hetkel ühtki Silvano Fashion Group aktsiat. Silvano Fashion Group AS juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena: Jarek Särgava ja Kati Kusmin. Changes in the management board of Silvano Fashion Group
Message
In connection with expiration of the term of the board member agreement, Mr. Aleksei Kadõrko shall leave the company from August 1, 2016. In connection with concluding the board member agreement, Kati Kusmin shall become the new board member of Silvano Fashion Group effective from August 1, 2016. For the past three years, Kati Kusmin served as the board member of Baltika AS, Estonia and has previously been a member of the management board of Estonian Consumer Keskühistu TÜH (now Coop), Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Board of AS Kalev Chocolate Factory and Tallinna Kaubamaja Department Store Director. Kati Kusmin does not own Silvano Fashion Group shares at the moment of appointment into the company.
