Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-07-22 08:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 21. juulil 2016 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte SIA Merks ja SIA „Jasm?nu residence” lepingu neljast majast koosneva elamukompleksi (kokku 48 korterit) ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil Jasm?nu tn. 10, Jurmala. Tööd hõlmavad nelja kolmekorruselise kortermaja ehitust ja välisvõrkude ning haljastuse rajamist. Kogu hoonestusala on ühendatud maa-aluse parklaga. Iga maja katusel asuvad terrassid. Projekti arendaja on Läti kinnisvaraarenduse kontsern, LNK Properties ja projekti autoriks on tunnustatud Läti arhitekt Juris Mitenbergs. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 4,9 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2016. aasta augustis ning nende valmimine on planeeritud 2017. aasta augustis. Construction contract in Latvia (apartment buildings in Jurmala)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-07-22 08:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 21 July 2016, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA “Jasm?nu rezidence”, to perform the construction works of a residential complex consisting of four houses (a total of 48 apartments) located at Jasm?nu st. 10, Jurmala. The scope of works will include construction of four three-storey residential houses, external network setup and landscaping. The whole housing territory is connected via undergroung parking. Terraces will be situated on top of every house. The project is developed by Latvian property development group, LNK Properties and the project author is the renowned Latvian architect Mr. Juris Mitenbergs. The value of the contract is approximately 4.9 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in August 2016 and are scheduled to complete in August 2017.
