AS-i Tallink Grupp nimiväärtuseta aktsiate kasutuselevõtmine
1. juulil 2016 tegi äriregister AS-i Tallink Grupp nimiväärtuseta aktsiate
kasutusele võtmise muudatuse kande vastavalt 14. juunil 2016 toimunud ettevõtte
aktsionäride korralise üldkoosoleku otsusele.
Nimiväärtuseta aktsiate kasutuselevõtuga on AS-il Tallink Grupp 673 817 040
nimiväärtuseta aktsiat ning aktsiakapital on 404 290 224 eurot, ühe aktsia
arvestuslik väärtus on 0,60 eurot. Ühtlasi jõustus AS-i Tallink Grupp muudetud

AS Tallink Grupp introduction of shares without nominal value
On 01 July 2016, shares without nominal value of AS Tallink Grupp were
registered in the Commercial Register according to the resolutions adopted by
the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the company held on 14 June 2016.
With the introduction of share without nominal value, AS Tallink Grupp has
673,817,040 shares without nominal value and the share capital is 404,290,224
euros, the book value of one share amounts to 0.60 euros. Also the amendments
to the Articles of Association of AS Tallink Grupp came into force and the
updated Articles of Association are available on the company’s website
