Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-06-30 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 30. juunil 2016 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte UAB Merko Statyba ja UAB Viešbutis Lietuva lepingu Vilniuses Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva laienduse projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks, alustades esimese faasiga. Tööd hõlmavad võtmed kätte projekteerimis- ja ehitustöid uue kaheksa maapealse korruse ja kahe maa-aluse parkimiskorrusega hoone osas. Projekt teostatakse kahes faasis: faas 1 – projekteerimine ja lubade hankimine; faas 2 – hotelli laienduse ehitustööd. Lepingu kogumaksumus on ligikaudu 15,7 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Esimese faasi valmimine on planeeritud 2016. aasta detsembris. Tellija kinnitust teise faasi käivitamiseks on oodata 2016. aasta detsembris ja teise faasi valmimine on planeeritud 2018. aasta esimeses kvartalis. Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-06-30 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 30 June 2016, UAB Merko Statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with UAB Viešbutis Lietuva, to perform the design and construction works of Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva extension in Vilnius, starting with Phase 1. The scope of works includes the turnkey design and construction works of new 8 floors building with 2 underground floors for parking. The project will be executed in 2 phases: Phase 1 – Design and approvals; Phase 2 – Hotel extension construction works. The total contract value is approximately 15.7 million euros, plus value added tax. Phase 1 is scheduled to complete in December 2016, the employer’s approval for Phase 2 is expected in December 2016, and Phase 2 is scheduled to complete in 1 quarter of 2018.
