Nordecon AS sõlmis Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ-ga lepingu Viimsisse Paadi tee 3
Viimsi Äritare büroo- ja ärihoone ehitamiseks, mille käigus rajatakse ühe
maa-aluse ja kolme maapealse korrusega ca 8000 m2 üldpinnaga hoone ja 106
parkimiskohta.
Ehituse kogumaksumus on rohkem kui 6 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub
käibemaks. Hoone valmib 2017. aasta augustis.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud
hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule.

Construction contract (Viimsi Äritare office building)
Message
Nordecon AS has signed an agreement with Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ to construct
an office and commercial building Viimsi Äritare in Viimsi municipality, Paadi
tee 3. The building will have one underground and three overground storeys with
a total area of about 8000 m2 and 106 parking spaces.
The total cost of construction is over 6 million Euros, plus VAT. The
construction works will be completed in August 2017.
