AS PRFoods jätkab oma aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammiga Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-06-14 17:02 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vastavalt aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsusele on aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammi tagasiostu läbiviimise tähtaeg 29. mai 2019 ning maksimaalne tagasiostetavate aktsiate arv on 1 000 000 aktsiat. 14. juunil 2016 sõlmis AS PRFoods juhatus AS-iga SEB Pank teenuse osutamise lepingu aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammi läbiviimiseks. Alates 15.06.2016 jätkatakse oma aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammiga kooskõlas 29.05.2014 ja 26.05.2016 toimunud üldkoosoleku otsustega ja Euroopa Komisjoni 22. detsembri 2003. a määrusega (EÜ) nr 2273/2003, millega rakendatakse Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi 2003/6/EÜ seoses tagasiostuprogrammidele ja finantsinstrumentide stabiliseerimisele ettenähtud eranditega. PRF: The continuation of the buy-back programme of own shares

AS PRFoods continues with the implementation of the buy-back programme of own shares Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-06-14 17:02 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- According to the decisions of General Meeting the deadline for the share repurchase plan will be 29 May 2019 and the maximum number of repurchased shares will be 1,000,000. On 14 June 2016, the Management Board of AS PRFoods executed a service agreement with AS SEB Pank for carrying out the own share buy-back programme. From 15.06.2016 the own shares buy-back programme will continue to be implemented in accordance with the resolutions of the General Meetings held on 29.05.2014 and 26.05.2016 and the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 dated 22 December 2003 implementing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards exemptions for buy-back programmes and stabilization of financial instruments.
