Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Logi tänav ja Vanasadama loodeosa)
Message
Nordecon AS ja AS Tallinna Sadam sõlmisid lepingu Logi tänava
rekonstrueerimiseks ja Vanasadama loodeosa uute pääslate ja ootealade
ehitustööde teostamiseks.
Tööde maksumus on 5,97 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd
valmivad mais 2017.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud
hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule.

Construction contract (Logi street and Old City Harbour north-west section)
Message
Nordecon AS signed a contract with AS Tallinna Sadam for the reconstruction
works of Logi street and construction of new entrance zones and waiting areas
in the north-west section of Old City Harbour in Tallinn.
The value of the works is 5.97 million euros, excluding VAT. The construction
works will be completed in May 2017.
