AS-i LHV Group tütarettevõte AS LHV Pank emiteeris täna allutatud võlakirju,
mis kõik märgiti ainuaktsionäri AS-i LHV Group poolt. Allutatud võlakirjad
emiteeriti nimiväärtusega 50 000 eurot, kogusummas 5 miljonit eurot, intressiga
6,5% aastas ja lunastustähtajaga 29.07.2026.
Emissioonist teenitud 5 miljonit eurot arvab LHV Pank teise taseme
omavahenditesse, mida pank vajab ärimahtude kasvatamiseks.

AS LHV Pank issued subordinated bonds
Message
AS LHV Pank, a subsidiary of AS LHV Group issued today subordinated bonds that
were all subscribed by the sole shareholder AS LHV Group. The subordinated
bonds were issued with a nominal value of 50.000 euros, a total volume of EUR 5
million, the interest rate of 6.5% and a maturity date of 29 July 2026.
LHV Bank will classify the EUR 5 million raised with the issue as Tier 2
capital that the bank will use to support growing business volumes.
