LHV Group korraldab aktsiaemissiooni tutvustamiseks veebiseminari
Message
Huvilistel on võimalik osaleda AS-i LHV Group veebiseminaril, mis toimub kolmapäeval, 4. mail 2016 algusega kell 10.00. LHV Group kutsub veebiseminaril osalema investoreid, turu liikmeid, analüütikuid ja teisi huvilisi. Veebiseminaril tutvustab LHV Group 2. mail algavat aktsiate avalikku pakkumist ja annab ülevaate ettevõtte tegevustest. Ettevõtet esindavad LHV Groupi juhataja Erkki Raasuke, LHV Panga juhatuse esimees Erki Kilu ja LHV Varahalduse juhatuse esimees Mihkel Oja. Veebiseminar toimub eesti keeles. Veebiseminari toimumise ajal on osalejatel võimalik esitada küsimusi. Kuna veebiseminari aeg on piiratud, saab küsimusi saata ka enne veebiseminari toimumist, hiljemalt 3. mai südaööks e-kirja teel: [email protected]. Lisaks korraldab LHV Group ettevõtte tutvustamiseks ja aktsiaemissioonist lähemalt rääkimiseks 5. ja 11. mail võimalikele investoritele avatud esitlused, millele saab registreeruda veebilehel fp.lhv.ee/academy. LHV aktsiate emissiooni prospekt, prospekti eestikeelne tõlge ja prospekti kokkuvõte on avaldatud veebilehel investor.lhv.ee. AS LHV Group korraldab 2.–16. maini aktsiate avaliku pakkumise ja emiteerib kuni 2 miljonit uut aktsiat märkimishinnaga 6,95 eurot. Seejärel 23. mail noteeritakse kõik LHV Groupi aktsiad Nasdaq Tallinna börsil. Kuidas veebiseminaril osaleda? LHV Group will hold an IPO themed webinar

All interested parties can participate in AS LHV Group webinar that will be held on Wednesday, 4 May starting at 10 AM. LHV Group invites all investors, market members, analysts and stakeholders to an online webinar. LHV Group will give an overview of the upcoming share issue and a presentation of the company. LHV will be represented by Erkki Raasuke, Member of the Management board of AS LHV Group, Erki Kilu, Chairman of the Management Board of LHV Bank and Mihkel Oja Chairman of the Management Board of LHV Varahaldus. The presentation will be held in Estonian. Participants can ask questions during the webinar. Due to time limitations during the webinar, questions can also be sent before the webinar, until midnight of 3 May, by email to [email protected]. In addition to provide information about LHV and details about the share issue LHV Group will be holding open presentations for prospective investors on 5 May and 11 May for which you may register on webpage fp.lhv.ee/academy.
