Skano Group AS nõukogu kiitis 25.04.2016 toimunud koosolekul heaks Skano Group
AS 2015.a. majandusaasta aruande koos kahjumi katmise ettepanekuga.
Skano Group AS müügitulu oli 2015. aastal 18,8 mln eurot ja 2014. aastal 20,3
mln eurot. 2015. aasta majandustegevuse puhaskahjumiks kujunes 0,4 mln eurot.
Võrdluseks saadi 2014. aastal puhaskahjumit 1,5 mln eurot. Skano Group AS
puhaskahjum aktsia kohta oli 2015. aastal (0,09) eurot ja 2014. aastal
puhaskahjum (0,33) eurot. Käive kahanes 2015. aastal 7,6% võrreldes 2014.
aastaga, 2015 aasta konsolideeritud ärikahjum oli 101 tuhat eurot (2014:
ärikahjum 1,199 tuhat eurot) ja brutorentaablus 20,9% (2014: 13,2%).
Kontserni EBITDA oli 2015. aastal 763 tuhat eurot (eelmise aasta samal
perioodil miinus 312 tuhat eurot). Konsolideeritud puhaskahjum oli 411 tuhat
eurot võrrelduna 2014. aasta puhaskahjumiga 1,481 tuhat eurot ja
puhasrentaablus oli -2,2% (võrrelduna 2014. aasta -7,3%-ga).
Kahjumi katmise ettepanek: katta kahjum eelnevate perioodide jaotamata kasumi
arvelt.

The Supervisory Board of Skano Group AS approved on 25th of April 2016 the
annual report and loss covering proposal for the year 2015 of Skano Group AS
In 2015, the revenue of Skano Group AS totalled to 18.8 million euros and in
2014, 20.3 million euros. In 2015, the net loss from operating activities
totalled 0.4 million euros as opposed to the net loss of 1.5 million euros in
2014. In 2015, the net loss per share of Skano Group AS was -0.09 euros and in
2014 it was -0.33 euros. Sales decreased by 7.6% in 2015 as compared to 2014,
the consolidated operating loss was 101 thousand euros (2014: operating loss
1,199 thousand euros) and the gross margin was 20.9% (2014: 13.2%).
In 2015, EBITDA of the Group amounted to 763 thousand euros (2014: minus 312
thousand euros). The consolidated net loss was 411 thousand euros as compared
to the net loss of 1.481 thousand euros in 2014 and the net margin was -2.2%
(as compared to -7.3% in 2014).
Proposal for covering of loss: to cover the loss with retained earnings.
