Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-04-08 07:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 7. aprillil 2016 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte SIA Merks ja SIA „Decco Centrs“ lepingu laohoonete kompleksi projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil Katlakalna tn 6D Riia. Tööd hõlmavad müügisalongi ja kontorihoonet koos laohoonetega, mis koosnevad kolmest erinevast hoonest ning välisvõrkude ja haljastuse projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödest. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 4,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööde valmimine on planeeritud 2017. aasta juunis. Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-04-08 07:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 7 April 2016, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA “Decco Centrs”, to perform the design and construction works of warehouse complex, located at Katlakalna street 6D, Riga. The scope of works includes design and construction works of showroom-office building with storage facilities complex included in 3 buildings with external networks and landscape. The value of the contract is approximately 4.8 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works are scheduled to complete in June 2017.
