Message

Baltika märtsi konsolideeritud müügitulu jätkuvatest tegevusvaldkondadest
ulatus 3 322 tuhande euroni, vähenedes eelmise aasta sama perioodiga võrreldes
11%. 

Baltika märtsi jaemüük vähenes 14% võrreldes eelmise aasta sama perioodiga,
sealhulgas vähenemine Eestis 6%, Leedus 20% ja Lätis 23%. Baltika
konsolideeritud jaemüük märtsis oli 2 630 tuhat eurot. 

Märtsis avati üks uus Montoni frantsiisipood Ukrainas. Baltikal oli märtsi lõpu
seisuga kokku 130 kauplust, seal hulgas frantsiisipoed: 13 Venemaal, 6
Hispaanias, 2 Valgevenes ja 15 Ukrainas. Baltika enda opereeritavaid poode oli
kuu lõpu seisuga 94, kaupluste kuu keskmine müügipind suurenes 2% võrreldes
eelmise aasta sama perioodiga. 

Hulgimüük suurenes eelmise aasta märtsiga võrreldes 5% ja e-poe müük vähenes
15% võrra.

Kolme kuu kokkuvõttes ulatusid müügitulud 10 492 tuhande euroni, vähenedes 6%
võrreldes eelmise aasta sama perioodiga. Jätkuvate tegevusvaldkondade jaemüük
oli kokku 8 428 tuhat eurot (-10%). Samal perioodil suurenes Grupi keskmine
jaemüügipind 2%. Hulgimüük oli 1 776 tuhat eurot (+11%) ja e-poe müük 250 tuhat
eurot (-6%). 

Seoses Baltika Venemaa jaemüügi äri ümberkorraldamisega ja sealse ettevõtte
müügiga (leping sõlmiti 22. veebruar 2016), kajastatakse Venemaa tütarettevõtte
müüke lõpetatud tegevusvaldkonnana. Müügiteade hõlmab 2015. aasta
võrdlusandmetes vaid jätkuvate tegevusvaldkondade müüke.

Sales in March

Baltika’s consolidated sales revenue from continued operations for March
totalled 3,322 thousand euros, decreasing by 11% compared to the same period
last year. 

Baltika’s retail sales for March decreased by 14% compared to the same period
last year, thereof decrease in Estonia 6%, in Lithuania 20% and in Latvia 23%.
Baltika’s consolidated retail sales revenue for March was 2,630 thousand euros. 

In March one new Monton franchise store was opened in Ukraine. At the end of
March Baltika Group had 130 stores, among which franchise stores: 13 in Russia,
6 in Spain, 2 in Belarus and 15 in Ukraine. At the end of month there was 94
shops operated by Baltika, shops average month sales area increased by 2%
compared to the same period last year. 

Wholesale increased by 5% and e-com decreased by 15% compared to March in
previous year.

Sales revenue for three months totalled 10,492 thousand euros, decreasing 6%
compared to the same period last year. Retail sales revenue from continued
operations was 8,428 thousand euros (-10% yoy). At the same period the Group’s
average retail sales area increased by 2%. Wholesale was 1,776 thousand euros
(+11% yoy) and 
e-com revenues 250 thousand euros (-6% yoy).

In connection with Baltika’s reorganisation of Russian retail business and
selling the company there (agreement was signed on 22 February 2016), the sales
revenue of the Russian entity is presented as discontinued operation. In 2015
comparative figures sales announcement presents only the results of continuing
operations.
