OEG liquidates its Dutch subsidiary Siquia Holding B.V., which does not have any business activity. The area of activity for the subsidiary was holding activities. The aim of the liquidation is the adjustment of the group’s structure. The liquidation will be finalised within the current year. The liquidation of the subsidiary has no direct influence on the economic activities of OEG Group. The members of the management and supervisory boards of OEG have no personal interest in the transaction.
