Riigikohtu määrus Selver AS-i puudutava Riigiprokuratuuri määruskaebuse menetlusse võtmise kohta

Tallinna Ringkonnakohus tühistas 20.01.2016 määrusega kohtuasjas nr 1-14-3730
Selver AS-i ja tema endise töötaja Tiiu Valgu suhtes maakohtu poolt varasemalt
tehtud süüdimõistva otsuse ja mõistis Selver AS-i kasuks välja õigusabikulud.
Riigiprokuratuur esitas viidatud õigeksmõistva kohtumääruse peale määruskaebuse
Riigikohtule. Riigikohus otsustas täna, 28.03.2016, võtta Riigiprokuratuuri
määruskaebus menetlusse. Riigikohus teeb oma lahendi tõenäoliselt käesoleva
aasta jooksul.
Selver AS peab jätkuvalt prokuratuuri süüdistust alusetuks ja mõistetamatuks,
sest Selver AS ei ole konkurentidega mingeid hinnakokkuleppeid kunagi sõlminud
ning jääb lootma Riigikohtu poolsele ainuõigele õigeksmõistvale otsusele.

Title
Ruling of the Supreme Court of Estonia on the processing of the appeal against the court ruling of the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding Selver AS
Message
The Tallinn Circuit Court annulled with the ruling of 20 January 2016 the court
judgement No 1-14-3730 regarding the County Court’s previous judgement of
conviction of Selver AS and its former employee, Tiiu Valk, and awarded Selver
AS costs for legal assistance. The Office of the Prosecutor General submitted
to the Supreme Court an appeal against the court ruling in response to the
referred judgement of acquittal. The Supreme Court of Estonia has concluded
today, on 28 March 2016, to process the appeal against the court ruling of the
Office of the Prosecutor General. The Supreme Court shall probably deliver its
judgement within this year.
Selver AS regards the judgement of conviction of the Office of the Prosecutor
General unfounded and incomprehensible, because Selver AS has never conducted
any price agreements with its competitors, and shall hope for the right
judgement of acquittal of the Supreme Court of Estonia.
