OEG Slovakkias asuvad tütarettevõtted Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. ja Olympic F&B S.r.o. sõlmisid 22.03.2016 ühinemislepingu. Ühinemine viiakse lõpule käesoleva aasta jooksul ning selle käigus ühendab Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. endaga Olympic F&B S.r.o. Ühinemise eesmärgiks on kontserni struktuuri korrastamine. Tütarühingute ühinemine ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. OEG juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmed ei ole tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud. The Slovak subsidiaries of OEG, Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. and Olympic F&B S.r.o., have concluded a merger agreement on 22.03.2016. The merger will be finalised within the current year and during the course of the merger Olympic F&B S.r.o. will merge with Olympic Casino Slovakia S.r.o. The aim of the merger is the adjustment of the group’s structure. The merger of the subsidiaries has no direct influence on the economic activities of OEG Group. The members of the management and supervisory boards of OEG have no personal interest in the transaction.
