Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-03-07 14:41 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus on käivitanud Tallinnas Lasnamäe linnaosas asuva Paepargi korteriarenduse teise tornmaja ehituse aadressil Paepargi 51. 14-korruseline 60 korteriga hoone valmib 2017. aasta kevadel. Paepargi korteriarendusprojekt (www.merko.ee/paepargitornid) hõlmab kokku kolme 14-korruselist maja aadressidel Paepargi 49, 51 ja 53. Paepargi 49 tornmaja valmis 2015. aasta detsembris ning seal on enamik kortereid müüdud. B-energiaklassiga tornmaja korterite energiasäästlikkuse tagab vesipõrandaküte ja soojustagastusega sundventilatsioon. Korterid on väga hea helikindlusega nii sise- kui välismüra suhtes ning ilmastiku eest pakuvad kaitset rõdude lükandklaasid. Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-03-07 14:41 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus has started the construction of the second building of Paepargi development project, located at Paepargi 51 at Lasnamäe district in Tallinn. The 14-storey building with 60 apartments will be completed in spring 2017. Paepargi development project (www.merko.ee/paepargitornid/) includes three 14-storey apartment buildings at Paepargi 49, 51 and 53. The first building at Paepargi 49 was completed in December 2015 and almost all apartments are sold. The apartment building has energy class B, the energy efficiency is provided by water carrier floor heating and heat recovery ventilation.
