SIA Merks juhatus jätkab endises kaheliikmelises koosseisus: Oskars Ozoli?š (esimees) ja Janis Šperbergs. Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-01-21 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 21 January 2016, the Supervisory Board of SIA Merks – part of AS Merko Ehitus group – decided to extend the powers of the Members of the Management Board, Mr. Oskars Ozoli?š and Mr. Janis Šperbergs for three years, i.e. from 2 February 2016 till 1 February 2019. The Management Board of SIA Merks will continue in a former two-member panel: Mr. Oskars Ozoli?š (The Chairman) and Mr. Janis Šperbergs.
