Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-12-22 14:01 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 17.12.2015 ajalehes Äripäev ilmunud artiklis „Kogu tõde Tallinna börsist ehk kuidas oma rikkus 22 kordistada. Valiku küsimus“ on avaldatud ebatäpsed andmed ning investoreid eksitav informatsioon AS Merko Ehitus aktsia tootluse ja ettevõtte väärtuse kohta. Artikkel ja selle juures avaldatud kommentaar põhinevad sama artikli juures avaldatud tabelitel „Tallinna börsifirmade aktsiate tootlus alates IPOst“ ning „Tallinna börsifirmade aktsiate tootlus järjepidevalt juurde investeerides“, mille allikaks on Nasdaq Tallinn. Artiklis avaldatud tulemuste arvutuskäigust oli ekslikult välja jäänud 1998. aasta aprillis toimunud fondiemissiooni ning 1999. aasta juulis toimunud aktsionäride optsiooniprogramm AS E.L.L. Kinnisvara aktsiate väljaostmiseks. AS Merko Ehitus on koostöös Nasdaq Tallinnaga kontrollinud artiklis ilmunud tabelites toodud andmete arvutuskäiku vastavalt Nasdaq Tallinn poolt kasutatud metoodikale ning jõudnud märkimisväärselt erinevate tulemusteni, mis on kinnitatud ka Nasdaq Tallinn poolt. Tabelis „Tallinna börsifirmade aktsiate tootlus alates IPOst“ on AS Merko Ehitus aktsia lõppväärtuseks esitatud 4 562 eurot, tegelik lõppväärtus on 19 047 eurot ehk avaldatust enam kui neli korda kõrgem. Tabelis „Tallinna börsifirmade aktsiate tootlus järjepidevalt juurde investeerides“ on AS Merko Ehitus aktsia lõppväärtuseks esitatud 104 667 eurot, tegelik lõppväärtus on 134 230 eurot. Valiku küsimus" (Everything you wanted to know about the Tallinn stock exchange, or how to increase your wealth 22-fold. A matter of choice) disclosed incorrect data and misleading information to investors regarding the yield on Merko Ehitus stocks and the value of the company. The article and the commentary to the article are based on the tables published alongside the same article, headlined “Tallinna börsifirmade aktsiate tootlus alates IPOst” (Yield on stocks of publicly listed companies on the Tallinn exchange starting from the IPO) and “Tallinna börsifirmade aktsiate tootlus järjepidevalt juurde investeerides” (Yield on stocks of publicly listed companies on the Tallinn exchange with regular additional investment), the source of which is Nasdaq Tallinn. The calculations behind the results published in the article erroneously omit the bonus issue of shares that took place in April 1998 and the call option program for the buyout of AS E.L.L. Kinnisvara shares in July 1999. In cooperation with Nasdaq Tallinn, AS Merko Ehitus has checked the calculations of the data in the tables published in the article according to the methodology used by Nasdaq Tallinn and obtained significantly different results, which have been accepted by Nasdaq Tallinn as well. The final value of an AS Merko Ehitus share set out in the table “Yield on stocks of publicly listed companies on the Tallinn exchange starting from the IPO” was shown as 4,562 euros, but the actual value is 19,047 euros – more than four times as much than published earlier.
