Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-12-21 07:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 18. detsembril 2015 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte UAB Merko Statyba ja E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS tütarettevõte UAB E.L.L. Nekilnojamas Turtas ehituslepingu büroohoone rajamiseks aadressil Narbuto 5, Vilnius, Leedu. Narbuto 5 (www.narbuto5.lt) on A-klassi energiasäästlikus büroohoones on enam kui 4600 m² üüritavat pinda. Hoones on kuus maapealset korrust ning kaks maa-alust parkimiskorrust. Ärihoone taotleb BREEAM sertifitseerimist. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 8,5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2015. aasta detsembris ning nende valmimine on planeeritud 2017. aasta esimeses kvartalis. Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-12-21 07:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 18 December 2015, UAB Merko Statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with UAB E.L.L. Nekilnojamas Turtas, part of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS group, to perform the construction of an office building, located at Narbuto 5, Vilnius, Lithuania. The leasable area of Narbuto 5 (www.narbuto5.lt) class A energy efficient office building is over 4,600 m², the building has six floors and two underground floors for parking. The office building is pursuing BREEAM certification. The value of the contract is approximately 8.5 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works start in December 2015 and are scheduled to complete in the first quarter of 2017.
