AS Tallink Grupp viis lõpule kiirlaeva Superstar müügitehingu
AS-i Tallink Grupp tütarettevõte Tallink Superfast Ltd. andis 01.12.2015
kiirlaeva Superstar omandiõiguse üle ostjale Medinvest SpA (Corsica Ferries
grupp). AS Tallink Grupp jätkab laevaga prahilepingu alusel Tallinn-Helsingi
liinil opereerimist 2017. aasta alguseni kui liinile tuuakse uue generatsiooni
LNG kiirlaev.
Laeva omandiõiguse üleminek ei mõjuta Tallinn-Helsingi liini kiirlaevade
Shuttle teenust.

AS Tallink Grupp completes the sale of the fast ferry Superstar
AS Tallink Grupp subsidiary Tallink Superfast Ltd. transferred the ownership of
the fast ferry Superstar to Medinvest SpA (Corsica Ferries Group) on
01.12.2015. AS Tallink Grupp continues to operate the vessel on its
Tallinn-Helsinki route Shuttle service under the charter agreement until the
beginning of 2017, when the new LNG fast ferry will start to operate on the
same route.
The change of the ownership of the vessel does not affect the Tallinn-Helsinki
route’s daily Shuttle service.
