Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-11-17 13:44 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 16. novembril 2015 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja Maakri Kvartal OÜ projekteerimis- ja ehituslepingu Maakri Kvartali ärihoonete kompleksi ehituse jätkamiseks Tallinna südalinnas, kõrghoonete teemaplaneeringu alal aadressil Maakri tn 19/21. Ärikompleks koosneb kokku seitsmest hoonest: ehitatakse 30-korruseline kõrghoone, 10-korruseline ja 4-korruseline hoone ning rekonstrueeritakse neli 20. sajandi algusest pärinevat 3-4 korruselist arhitektuurimälestist. Maakri Kvartalis on kokku ligi 36 000 m² brutopinda, sealhulgas ligi 21 500 m² üüritavat äripinda. Kvartali ankurüürnikeks on Pohjola Pank, Seesam Insurance AS ja EfTEN Capital AS. Kompleksi luuakse ligi 170 parkimiskohta ning otseühendus Tornimäe maa-aluse parkimismajaga. Ehituslepingu maksumus on ligi 30 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd jätkuvad 2016. aasta märtsis. Ehitustööde lõpptähtaeg on 2018. aasta kevad. Construction contract in Estonia (business complex in Tallinn city centre)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-11-17 13:44 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 16 November 2015, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, 100% owned subsidiary part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Maakri Kvartal OÜ, have signed a design and construction contract to continue the construction of Maakri Kvartal business complex, located in the area of skyscrapers thematic plan at Maakri 19/21, Tallinn, Estonia. The complex comprises seven buildings: there will be constructed a 30-storey, 10-storey and 4-storey buildings and reconstructed four 3-4-storey architectural monuments dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The total gross area of Maakri Kvartal business complex is approximately 36,000 m², which includes leasable area approximately 21,500 m². The anchor tenants of the complex are Pohjola Pank, Seesam Insurance AS and EfTEN Capital AS. There will be approximately 170 parking spaces and connection with Tornimäe underground parking lot. The value of the contract is about 30 million euros, plus value added tax. Construction works continue in March 2016 and the construction is scheduled for completion in spring 2018.
