Tartu mnt 52 korteriarenduse teise arendusetapi käivitamine (kesklinn, Tallinn)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-11-12 15:49 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus on käivitanud Tallinna kesklinnas asuva Tartu mnt 52 korteriarendusprojekti teise etapi. Praegu on aktiivses ehituses kogu elamukompleksi ühendav maa-alune parkla ning esimese etapi kolm kortermaja. Teise etapi raames kerkib kompleksi Lastekodu tänava poolsesse osasse veel kaks kortermaja ning elamukompleks valmib tervikuna. Esimese etapi raames valmib 2016. aasta teises pooles kolm kortermaja: Tartu mnt ääres 8-korruseline A maja ning sisetänavas 13-korruseline B maja ja 5-korruseline C maja. Tänaseks on sajast korterist enam kui pooled müüdud. Elamukvartali teise etapi raames valmib 2017. aasta teises pooles 80 korterit kahes hoones: 5-korruseline maja Lastekodu tänaval ning 7-korruseline D maja sisetänavas. Merko alustab teise arendusetapi korterite eelmüüki. Tartu mnt 52 korteriarendusprojekt (http://merko.ee/tartumnt52/) hõlmab aadressidel Tartu mnt 52 ja Lastekodu tn 23 viit kortermaja, mille esimestele korrustele on planeeritud äripinnad. Korterite energiasäästlikkuse tagab vesipõrandaküte ning soojustagastusega ventilatsioon, korterite verandad on klaasitud. Kesklinna asukohast tulenevalt on pööratud erilist tähelepanu hoonete helikindlusele. Parkimise teeb mugavaks kahetasandiline turvaline ja köetud maa-alune parkla, mis ühendab viit kortermaja. Kortermajade arhitekt on Martin Aunin ning siseviimistluspaketid on loonud sisearhitektid Eerik Olle ja Ahti Peetersoo. Korterite ruutmeetri hind jääb vahemikku 2300–2850 eurot. Launch of the second phase of Tartu mnt 52 apartment development project (city centre, Tallinn)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-11-12 15:49 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus has launched the second phase of the Tartu mnt 52 development project in Tallinn city centre. The underground parking garage, connecting the whole development area and the first three buildings of the first phase are currently in active construction. The second phase includes two apartment buildings on the side of Lastekodu street and the complex will be completed as whole. Within the first phase, three apartment buildings will be completed in the second half of 2016: an 8-storey building A along Tartu mnt, and a 13-storey building B and 5-storey building C along the internal street. Half of the hundred apartments are sold by today. Within the second phase of the residential quarter 80 apartments in 2 buildings: 5-storey building on Lastekodu Street and 7-storey building D along the internal street will be completed in the second half of 2017. The Tartu mnt 52 development project (http://merko.ee/tartumnt52/) comprises of five apartment buildings at Tartu mnt 52 and Lastekodu 23, with business premises on the ground floor. The energy efficiency of the apartments is guaranteed by water underfloor heating and heat recovery ventilation; the balconies will be fully glassed. Due to the location in the city centre, special attention has been paid to the soundproofing of the buildings. There is a two-level safe and heated underground parking garage, through which the five apartment buildings are connected. The architect of the apartment buildings is Mr. Martin Aunin, the interior finishing solutions are created by interior architects Mr. Eerik Olle and Mr. Ahti Peetersoo.
