Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-11-09 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus on käivitanud Tallinnas Nõmme linnaosas asuva Kivimäe 32 korteriarendusprojekti, mille raames valmib 2016. aasta suve lõpuks kaks kolmekorruselist kortermaja. B-energiamärgisega kortermajade (http://www.merko.ee/kivimae32) arhitekt on Anu Tammemägi. Kinnistu on ümbritsetud piirdeaiaga ning seal paikneb 40 parkimiskohta. Hooviala maitsekas haljastuslahendus arvestab Nõmmele iseloomuliku olemasoleva väärtusliku kõrghaljastusega. Hoonekompleksi kuulub ka lehtla ning arhitektuurselt sulanduv, kuid eraldiseisev katlamaja koos jalgrataste varjualusega. Vahetult kinnistu piiril kulgeb Harku-Nõmme kergliiklustee, mis viib mugavalt nii Nõmme kui Harku metsadesse ja terviseradadele. Juurdepääs kinnistule on tagatud Särje tänavalt mööda Särje tn 28 kinnistule rajatud sõiduteed. Kahte hoonesse on kavandatud kokku 24 valgusküllast korterit, mille avarat elutuba jätkavad suured klaasitud rõdud ning esimeste korruste korteritel terrassid. Korterites on vesipõrandaküte, soojustagastusega ventilatsioon ning saun. Iga korteri juurde kuulub esimesel korrusel paiknev turvaline panipaik ja parkimiskoht. Launch of apartment development project in Estonia (Nõmme district, Tallinn)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-11-09 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus has launched the apartment development project in the Nõmme district of Tallinn, at Kivimäe 32. The project includes two three-storey apartment buildings, which will be completed by the end of summer 2016. The architect of the apartment buildings with energy class B (http://www.merko.ee/kivimae32) is Anu Tammemägi. A fence surrounds the property, 40 parking spaces are located in the yard. Tasteful landscaping in the courtyard takes into consideration the valuable trees and greenery, characteristic to Nõmme district.
