Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-10-26 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks on käivitanud Riias Skanstese piirkonnas Skanstes Parks korteriarendusprojekti, mis hõlmab kolme kortermaja ligikaudu 140 korteriga. Ettevõte alustab esimese 52 korteriga hoone ehitust aadressil Grostonas 12. SIA Merks on Skanstese piirkonda rajanud varem Skanstes Virsotnes ja Skanstes houses elamukompleksid, multifunktsionaalse halli Ar?na R?ga ning kaks büroohoonet. Grostonas 12 (www.skanstesparks.lv) majas on kokku 52 2-5-toalist korterit suurusega vahemikus 50-140 ruutmeetrit. Korteritel on avar rõdu, esimese korruse korteritel terrass ning ülemise korruse omadel katuseterrass. Energiasäästliku maja igas korteris on soojustagastusega ventilatsioon, mis varustab korterit värske õhuga ning tagab kõikides tubades ühtlase õhujaotuse. Panipaigad asuvad hoone esimesel ning maa-alusel korrusel koos parkimiskohtadega. Turvalisuse tagavad eraldi sissepääsud, videokaameraga fonolukk ning turvakaamerad hoone katusel. Korterite ruutmeetri hind algab 2200 eurost. Grostonas 12 kortermaja valmimine on plaanitud 2017. aasta algusesse. Kortermaja brutopind on ca 8500 m². Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-10-26 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the Skanstes Parks residential development at Skanstes district in Riga, which includes three apartment buildings with approximately 140 apartments. The company starts the construction of the first building with 52 apartments at Grostonas 12. SIA Merks has built Skanstes Virsotnes and Skanstes houses residential complexes, multifunctional hall Ar?na R?ga and two office buildings at Skanstes district. Grostonas 12 building (www.skanstesparks.lv) has 52 2-5-roomed apartments with sizes between 50-140 square metres. Apartments have spacious balcony, first floor apartments have terrace and the upper floor ones have roof terrace. Each apartment of the energy efficient building is equipped with air-recuperation system, which provides each apartment fresh air and ensures inconspicuous air distribution in all rooms. Storage places are located on the first floor and on the underground floor together with parking spaces. Safety is guaranteed by separate entrances, video intercom and safety cameras on the roof of the building. The price per square meter of the apartments starts from 2200 euros. The construction of Grostonas 12 is due to be completed in the beginning of 2017. The gross area of the building is approximately 8500 m².
