Message
25. septembril 2015 toimunud AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsionäride koosolekul võeti
vastu otsus AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiakapitali suurendamise kohta aktsiate
väljalaskmise teel 97 363 aktsia võrra hinnaga 2,2 eurot aktsia kohta.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp uute aktsiate märkimine toimus 28.09.2015-16.10.2015.
Aktsiate märkimise õigus oli ettevõtte juhatuse liikmel Paolo Vittorio
Michelozzil.
Märkimisperioodil märgiti kõik 97 363 aktsiat kogusummas 214 198,6 eurot. AS
Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 10 840 787,6 eurot.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp juhatus otsustas kinnitada märkimistulemused.

RESULTS OF OFFERING OF NEW SHARES OF AS PRO KAPITAL GRUPP
Message
The shareholders meeting of 25th of September 2015 decided to increase the
share capital of AS Pro Kapital Grupp by issuing the new shares in amount of 97
363 shares with price 2,2 EUR per share.
The offering of new shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp took place from 28th of
September until 16th of October 2015. The right to subscribe for new shares was
issued to Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi, the Member of the Management Board of the
Company.
During the offering period all 97 363 shares were subscribed with total value
of 214 198,6 EUR. The new amount of share capital is 10 840 787,6 EUR.
The Management Board of AS Pro Kapital Grupp decided to confirm the results of
the subscription.
