Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Riigiressursside Keskus OÜ lao- ja tootmishoone)
Message
Nordecon AS ja Riigiressursside Keskus OÜ sõlmisid lepingu Tallinnasse
ehitatava lao- ja tootmishoone ehitustööde teostamiseks. Kahekorruselise hoone
suletud brutopinnaks on ligikaudu 20 000 ruutmeetrit.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 8,0 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad oktoobris 2015 ning lõpevad augustis 2016.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Riigiressursside Keskus OÜ warehouse and industrial building)
Message
Nordecon AS and Riigiressursside Keskus OÜ signed an agreement on construction
of the warehouse and industrial building in Tallinn. The two-storeyed
building’s closed gross area will be close to 20,000 sqm.
The value of the contract is approximately 8.0 million euros (excluding VAT).
The construction begins in October 2015 and ends in August 2016.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
