Riigihankel edukaks tunnistamine Eestis (Tallinna lennujaama trammiliini taristu projekteerimine ja ehitamine)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-10-15 09:20 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vastavalt Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS (TLT) riigihankekomisjoni otsusele ning TLT tänasele pressiteatele tunnistati riigihankel nr 165878 „Lennujaama trammiliini taristu projekteerimine ja ehitamine“ edukaks AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva tütarettevõtte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja KMG Inseneriehituse AS ühispakkumus maksumusega ca 11,5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Pakkumuste hindamiskriteeriumiks oli madalaim hind. Hankeleping sõlmitakse vastavalt riigihangete seadusele mitte enne 14 päeva möödumist alates edukaks tunnistamise otsuse teatavakstegemisest pakkujatele. Hanketulemuse otsuse vaidlustamine on pakkujatel võimalik vastavalt riigihangete seaduse §121 sätestatud tähtaja jooksul, kuid mitte pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist. Lepingu raames rajatakse Ülemiste raudteejaama läheduses asuvalt tagasipöörderingilt tunnel raudteede ja Suur-Sõjamäe tänava alt läbi Keevise tänavale, piki Keevise tänavat ehitatakse uus trammitee pikendus lennujaama territooriumini, kuhu ehitatakse ka trammide tagasipöördering. Peale selle rajatakse trammide toiteks uus veoalajaam. Kõik tööd teostatakse 2016. ja 2017. aasta jooksul. Public Procurement Preferred Bidder Announcement in Estonia (Tallinn Airport tramline infrastructure design and construction)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-10-15 09:20 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- According to the decision of Tallinn City Transport Company’s public procurement commission and the press release published today, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti – part of the AS Merko Ehitus group and KMG Inseneriehituse AS were announced as preferred bidders in the public procurement No 165878 „Airport tramline infrastructure design and construction“. The total value of the joint bid is approximately 11.5 million euros, plus value added tax. The valuation criteria was the lowest price. The procurement contract will not be signed before 14 days after the announcement of the preferred bidder according to the Public Procurement Law. The bidders can dispute the decision according to the deadlines stated in the Public Procurement Law §121 but not after the procurement contract has been signed. Under the contract the preferred bidders will construct a tunnel under the railway and Suur-Sõjamäe street starting at the u-turn near Ülemiste railway station and ending at Keevise street, followed by a new tram line extension along Keevise street to airport territory, where a u-turn will be constructed. Additionally a new substation will be constructed to power the trams. All works will be carried out during 2016 and 2017.
