Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-10-12 07:56 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 09. oktoobril 2015 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte SIA Merks ja SIA LMH lepingu lasteaia ja koolimaja kompleksi ehitustööde teostamiseks Riia lähedal asuvas Pinkis. Ehitustööd hõlmavad omavahel galeriiga ühendatud 2-korruselise koolimaja ja 3-korruselise lasteaia kompleksi ehitust. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 6,0 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2015. aasta oktoobris ning nende valmimine on planeeritud 2016. aasta oktoobris. SIA Merks (www.merks.lv ) on Läti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid. Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-10-12 07:56 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 09 October 2015, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA LMH, to perform the construction works of kindergarten and school buildings complex, located near Riga in Pinki. The scope of works includes construction of connected with common gallery 2-storey school and 3-storey kindergarten complex. The value of the contract is approximately 6.0 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works start in October 2015 and the works are scheduled to complete in October 2016.
