AS Pro Kapital Grupp teavitas investoreid 25.09.2015 börsiteatega aktsionäride
otsusest suurendada AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiakapitali 19472,6 euro võrra 97
363 aktsia väljalaskmise teel. Vastavalt üldkoosoleku otsusele pakutakse
aktsiaid märkimiseks märkimisperioodil 28.09.2015 - 02.10.2015 ja aktsiate
märkimise õigus on juhatuse liikmel Paolo Vittorio Michelozzil (sündinud
26.01.1961). Üldkoosolek andis õiguse pikendada märkimisperioodi kuni 15 päeva
võrra.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp teavitab, et on otsustanud pikendada aktsiate
märkimisperioodi kuni 16.10.2015.

Notice of prolongation of subscription period of shares
Message
AS Pro Kapital Grupp on 25.09.2015 informed its investors with stock-exchange
notice of the decision of the shareholders to increase the share capital of AS
Pro Kapital Grupp by 19472,6 euros by issuing 97 363 new shares. Based on the
shareholders resolution the shares are offered for subscription during the
subscription period 28.09.2015 - 02.10.2015 and the Member of the Management
Board Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi (born 26.01.1961) has the right to subscribe
the new shares. The shareholders meeting granted the right to prolong the
subscription by 15 days.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs that it has decided to prolong the subscription
period until 16.10.2015.
