Title
LHV Group korraldab võlakirjaemissiooni tutvustamiseks veebiseminari
Message
Huvilistel on võimalik osaleda AS LHV Groupi veebiseminaril, mis toimub
esmaspäeval, 12. oktoobril 2015 algusega kell 10.00.
LHV Group kutsub osalema investoreid, turu liikmeid, analüütikuid ja teisi
huvilisi. Veebiseminaril tutvustab LHV Group käimasolevat allutatud võlakirjade
avalikku pakkumist ja annab ülevaate ettevõtte tegevusest. Ettevõtet esindavad
LHV Groupi juhataja Erkki Raasuke, LHV Panga juhatuse esimees Erki Kilu ning
finantsjuht Meelis Paakspuu. Veebiseminari toimumise ajal on osalejatel
võimalik esitada küsimusi. Veebiseminar toimub eesti keeles.
AS LHV Group noteeris 5. oktoobril allutatud võlakirjad Nasdaq Tallinna börsil
ning samal ajal algas uute allutatud võlakirjade avalik pakkumine. Võlakirjade
märkimine lõppeb 26. oktoobril kell 17.00.

Teile saadetakse link veebiseminarile ning juhised keskkonna kasutamiseks. Kui

mis võimaldab veebiseminari kuulata. Veebiseminari saab jälgida ka

Title
LHV Group will hold a webinar on subordinated bonds emission
Message
All interested parties can participate in AS LHV Group webinar, that will be
held on Monday, October 12th starting at 10 AM.
LHV Group invites all investors, market members, analysts and stakeholders to
an online webinar. LHV Group will give an overview of the ongoing emission of
subordinated bonds and a presentation of the company. LHV will be represented
by Erkki Raasuke, Member of the Management board of AS LHV Group, Erki Kilu,
Chairman of the Management Board of LHV Bank and Meelis Paakspuu, CFO of AS LHV
Bank. Participants can ask questions during the webinar. The presentation will
be held in Estonian.
AS LHV Group listed its’ subordinated bonds on Nasdaq Tallinn exchange on
October 5th and started the public offering of new subordinated bonds on the
same day. The offering will end on October 26th at 5 PM.

provided with the webinar link and instructions how to join successfully. When
joining the webinar for the first time, you will be asked to download the
plug-in which will take only few seconds. In case plug-in can't be downloaded,

The registration is open until October 12th at 9 am (EET). Registered
