Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Pikksilma Kodu korterelamute teine etapp)
Message
Nordecon AS ja Metro Capitali kontserni kuuluv ettevõte OÜ Pikksilma Kodu
sõlmisid lepingu Tallinna Kadrioru asumisse ehitatava Pikksilma Kodu
korterelamute teise etapi ehitustööde teostamiseks. Esimeses ehitusetapis
Nordeconi poolt ehitatavale ja mais 2016 valmivale 39 korterile lisandub
sellega täiendavad 56 korterit.
Teise etapi tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 5,0 miljonit eurot, millele
lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad oktoobris 2015 ning kestavad 13 kuud.
Lepingu tingimuste kohaselt on OÜ’l Pikksilma Kodu võimalus jõustada ka
korterelamute kolmanda etapi ehitus täiendava 27 korteri ehitamiseks. Kolme
etapi peale kokku lisandub piirkonda seeläbi 122 korterit.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Pikksilma Kodu apartment buildings second stage)
Message
Nordecon AS and OÜ Pikksilma Kodu (a member of Metro Capital group) signed an
agreement on construction of the second stage of apartment buildings in Tallinn
city Kadriorg district. In addition to the 39 apartments built and completed in
May 2016 by Nordecon in the first stage, 56 apartments will be added in the
second.
The value of the contract of the second stage is approximately 5.0 million
euros (excluding VAT). The construction begins in October 2015 and the duration
of the works is 13 months.
According to the conditions of the agreement OÜ Pikksilma Kodu has the right to
exercise the option for the third construction stage, which will result in
construction of 27 additional apartments. Over these three construction stages,
total of 122 apartments will be built in this district.
