Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Arsenali Keskus)
Message
Nordecon AS ja Arsenal Centre OÜ sõlmisid ehituse peatöövõtulepingu Arsenali
Keskuse kaubandus- ja ärikeskuse hoone ehitamiseks Tallinnasse Erika ja
Tööstuse tänava nurgale. Ehitatava hoone Erika tänava poolne hoonemaht on
kolmekordne ja seal paiknevad kaubanduspinnad ja bürood. Tööstuse tänava äärne
hoonemaht on ühekordne kaubanduspind. Hoone kogupind on 15 000 m2.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 7,0 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd kestavad 12 kuud.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Arsenal Shopping and Office Centre)
Message
Nordecon AS and Arsenal Centre OÜ signed a main contracting agreement for the
construction of Arsenal Shopping and Office Centre building in Tallinn, at the
intersection of Erika and Tööstuse Rd. At the Erika Rd, the three-storeyed
building will accommodate shopping and office spaces. At the Tööstuse Rd,
one-storeyed shopping space will be built. Total space of the building is
15,000 sqm.
The value of the contract is approximately 7.0 million euros (excluding VAT).
The construction will last for 12 months.

construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
