Aktsiakapitali vähendamise registreerimine Äriregistris ja väljamaksed

Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-08-14 10:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 14. augustil 2015 kanti äriregistrisse ASi Merko Ehitus aktsiakapitali vähendamine 29. aprillil 2015 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel. Aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel otsustati vähendada AS Merko Ehitus aktsiakapitali 4 071 000 euro võrra (0,23 eurot aktsia kohta), summalt 12 000 000 eurot summani 7 929 000 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendatakse aktsiate arvestusliku väärtuse vähendamise teel ning vähendamise tulemusena väheneb aktsia arvestuslik väärtus 0,677966 eurolt 0,447966 euroni, aktsiate arv jääb samaks so 17 000 000 aktsiat. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine summas 4 071 000 eurot (0,23 eurot aktsia kohta) makstakse välja aktsionäridele 16. novembril 2015. Aktsiate arvestusliku väärtuse vähendamisest tulenevate väljamaksete saamiseks õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeriti 22. mail 2015.a. kella 23:59 seisuga. Registration of share capital reduction in the Commercial Register and disbursements

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-08-14 10:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 14 August 2015, the decrease of share capital of AS Merko Ehitus was registered in the Commercial Register based on the resolutions adopted by the general meeting of shareholders held on 29 April 2015. Based on the resolution of the general meeting of the shareholders, share capital will be reduced by EUR 4,071,000 (EUR 0.23 per share), from the amount EUR 12,0000,000 to EUR 7,929,000. Share capital is reduced by way of reducing the book value of the shares and as a result of the reduction the book value of one share will be reduced from EUR 0.677966 to EUR 0.447966; the number of shares will remain the same – 17,700,000 shares. The monetary payments to the shareholders in the amount of EUR 4,071,000 (EUR 0.23 per share) related to the reduction of share capital will be made on 16 November 2015. The list of shareholders entitled for the payments from the reduction of share capital was fixed on 22 May 2015, at 23:59.
