AS Tallinna Vesi nõukogu pikendas juhatuse liikmete lepinguid
Message
30. juulil 2015. aastal, otsustas AS Tallinna Vesi nõukogu pikendada juhatuse
liikmete Aleksandr Timofejev ja Riina Käi volitusi kolmeks aastaks alates 30.
oktoobrist 2015. a. Vastavalt ettevõtte põhikirjale valib nõukogu juhatuse
liikme kolmeks aastaks. Tootmisdirektor Aleksandr Timofejev ning
finantsdirektor Riina Käi volitused juhatuse liikmetena kehtivad alates 29.
oktoobrist 2012. a.
Nõukogu otsusega jätkab AS Tallinna Vesi juhatus samas koosseisus
kolmeliikmelisena. Lisaks Aleksandr Timofejevile ning Riina Käile kuulub
juhatusse tegevjuht ning juhatuse esimees Karl Heino Brookes.

Title
Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi extended the contracts of the Management Board members
Message
On 30th of July 2015, the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi passed a
resolition to extend the authorities of the Management Board members Aleksandr
Timofejev and Riina Käi over the next three years from 30th of October 2015. In
line with the Articles of Association of the Company the Supervisory Council
elects a Management Board member for a term of three years. The authorities of
Chief Operations Officer Aleksandr Timofejev and Chief Financial Officer Riina
Käi as Management Board members have been effective since 29th of October 2012.
By the decision of the Supervisory Council the Management Board will continue
to consist of the same three members. In addition to Aleksandr Timofejev and
Riina Käi the Management Board includes the Chairman of the Management Board
and Chief Executive Officer Karl Heino Brookes.
