Pro Kapital avalikustab võlakirjade prospekti ning taotleb võlakirjade noteerimist Nasdaq Stockholmi börsil.

27.05.2015 teavitas AS Pro Kapital Grupp otsusest emiteerida 7 miljoni Euro
ulatuses tagatud, ennetähtaegse lunastamise õigusega ja fikseeritud
intressimääraga võlakirju esimese osana võlakirjade kogumahust 50 miljonit
Eurot. Võlakirjade emiteerimise kuupäev oli 01.06.2015 ning lunastamistähtpäev
on 01.06.2020. Ettevõte esitas taotluse võlakirjade noteerimiseks Nasdaq
Stockholmi börsil ning esimeseks kauplemispäevaks on 08.07.2015 või sellele
lähedane kuupäev.
Seoses noteerimisega on Ettevõte koostanud prospekti, mis on heaks kiidetud
ning registreeritud Rootsi Finantsinspektsioonis 02.07.2015. Prospekt
avalikustatakse Ettevõtte kodulehel (www.prokapital.com) ning Rootsi
Finantsinspektsiooni kodulehel (www.fi.se)
Teade avaldatakse Rootsi väärtpaberituru ja/või finantsinstrumentidega
kauplemise reeglistiku kohaselt.

Pro Kapital Grupp publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm
Message
On 27 May 2015, AS Pro Kapital Grupp announced that the company had decided to
issue a senior secured callable fixed rate bonds in amount of EUR 7 million
within a framework amount of EUR 50 million. The issue date of the bond was 1
June 2015 and the bond will mature on 1 June 2020. The company has applied for
listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trading is
expected to be on or about 8 July 2015.
In connection with the listing, the company has prepared a prospectus which has
been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on
2 July 2015. The prospectus will be available on the company’s website
(www.prokapital.com) and on the website of the Swedish Financial Supervisory
Authority (www.fi.se).
The notice is issued pursuant to the Swedish Securities Market Act and/or the
Financial Instrument Trading Act.
