operaatorettevõtte PK Hotel Management Services Gmbh osanik otsustas 01.07.2015
muuta hotelli operaatorettevõtte juhatuse koosseisu. Juhatusest kutsuti
juhatuse liikme soovil tagasi Ervin Nurmela ja uuteks juhatuse liikmeteks
valiti Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi ja Allan Remmelkoor, kes on ühtlasi ka AS Pro
Kapital Grupp juhatuse liikmed. Juhatuse vahetuse põhjuseks on Pro Kapitali
siseselt ametikohustuste ümberjagamine.

Message
The shareholder of PK Hotel Management Services Gmbh, who is the operator of
the PK Parkhotel Kurhaus hotel located in German city of Bad Kreuznach, decided
on 01.07.2015 to make changes to the management board of PK Hotel Management
Services Gmbh. Ervin Nurmela was recalled from the management board as per his
request and Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi and Allan Remmelkoor, who are also the
management board members of AS Pro Kapital Grupp, where elected as new
management board members. The reason of changing the management board is the
redistribution of duties inside Pro Kapital.
