AS Tallink Grupp allkirjastas uue LNG reisilaeva laenulepingu
AS Tallink Grupp tütarettevõte Tallink Line Ltd. ning Nordea Bank Finland Plc
allkirjastasid laenulepingu summas 184 miljonit eurot. Laenu kasutatakse Meyer
Turku laevatehases ehitamisel oleva 230 miljonit eurot maksva uue generatsiooni
LNG reisilaeva finantseerimiseks.
Laenu korraldajaks on Nordea Bank, 95% laeva laenust on garanteeritud Soome
ekspordi- ja krediidiagentuuri Finnvera poolt ning laenu rahastab Finnvera
tütarettevõte Finnish Export Credit Ltd.
Laenul on AS Tallink Grupp garantii ja tagatiseks on valmiv laev. OECD
ekspordikrediidi tingimustele vastava laenu väljamakse toimub uue laeva
üleandmisel Tallink'ile, eeldatavasti 2017 aasta alguses ning laenu tagasimakse
lõpptähtaeg on kaksteist aastat pärast laenu väljamakset. Laen kannab OECD
turuintressi viitemäära CIRR alusel fikseeritud intressimäära.

AS Tallink Group has signed the loan agreement for the new LNG powered fast
ferry
AS Tallink Grupp's subsidiary Tallink Line Ltd. and Nordea Bank Finland Plc
have signed the loan agreement in the amount of EUR 184 million to finance the
new EUR 230 million LNG powered fast ferry currently under construction in
Meyer Turku shipyard.
The loan is arranged by Nordea Bank and Finnish Export Credit Agency “Finnvera”
guarantees 95 per cent of this post-delivery buyer credit for which Finnvera’s
subsidiary, Finnish Export Credit Ltd, has provided long term financing.
The loan is secured by the mortgage on the new vessel and the corporate
guarantee of AS Tallink Grupp. This OECD-term export credit loan will be drawn
on the delivery of the vessel, presumably in the beginning of 2017 and has the
final maturity of twelve years from the drawdown. The loan bears OECD
Commercial Interest Reference Rate (CIRR) based fixed interest rate.
