Tondi Elukvartali kolmanda hoone ehitustöödega alustamine (Tallinn)
Message
Nordecon AS ja AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp kontserni kuuluv ettevõte OÜ Marsi Elu
sõlmisid 25.02.2014 ehituslepingu Tallinna Kristiine linnaossa rajatava Tondi
Elukvartali ehitustööde teostamiseks. Ehitusleping on jagatud kolme etappi.
Esimeses ehitusetapis on veebruaris 2015 valminud 31 korteriga ja poolmaa-aluse
parklaga viiekordne eluhoone ning kvartali keskväljak. Lisaks rajati vajalikud
teed ja väliskommunikatsioonid. Detsembris 2014 alustati teise ehitusetapiga,
mille käigus valmib novembriks 2015 31 korteriga viiekordne eluhoone.
OÜ Marsi Elu teavitas 26.06.2015 AS-i Nordecon, et soovib ehituslepingu
kolmanda etapi ehitustöödega alustamist. Kolmandas ehitusetapis valmib 31
korteriga viiekordne eluhoone. Tööde planeeritud valmimine on mai 2016.
Kolmanda ehitusetapi ehitustööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 2 (kaks)
miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks.

Start of construction works of third building in Tondi Residential Quarter (Tallinn)
Message
On 25.02.2014 AS Pro Kapital Grupp group company OÜ Marsi Elu and AS Nordecon
concluded the contract for construction of Tondi Residential Quarter located at
Tallinn Kristiine district. The construction contract is split into three
phases.
In February 2015 the construction of a 5-story residential building with 31
apartments, semi-underground parking floor, central plaza and necessary roads
and external networks was completed in the first construction phase. In
December 2014 the second construction phase was started which will result in
completion of 5-story residential building with 31 apartments by November 2015.
OÜ Marsi Elu has on 26.06.2015 notified AS Nordecon to start with the works of
the third construction phase. In the third construction phase a 5-story
residential building with 31 apartments will be constructed. The planned
completion of the works is May 2016. The price of the construction works of
third construction phase is approximately two million Euros, to which VAT is
added.

development of Marsi 3 / 3a / 3b residential building located in Tallinn. 65%
of the shares of OÜ Marsi Elu belong to AS Tondi Kvartal. AS Tondi Kvartal is a
company established 07.10.1997, which belongs 100% to AS Pro Kapital Eesti. AS
Pro Kapital Eesti is 100% subsidiary of AS Pro Kapital Grupp. AS Tondi Kvartal
is the owner of the land plots needed for the development of the Tondi
residential area.
