võlakirju kogumahus 160 000 eurot. Võlakirjade lunastamispäevaks oli määratud
20.06.2015 ning intressimääraks 9,8% aastas.
Kokkuleppel investoritega pikendas Arco Vara AS võlakirjaemissiooni
lunastamistähtaega kuni 20.12.2015.

Changing the maturity date of the 21 March 2014 bond issue
Message
On 21 March 2014, Arco Vara AS conducted a bond issue as a result of which
bonds in the amount of 160 000 euros were issued. The maturity date was set to
be on 20 June 2015 and the interest rate 9,8% per year.
As a result of an agreement with the investors Arco Vara AS prolonged the
maturity date of the bonds until 20 December 2015.
