AS PRFoods teeb aktsionäride korralisest üldkoosolekust otseülekande ja vastab täiendavatele küsimustele veebiseminari vormis
Message
Soovime oma tegevuses olla läbipaistvad, mistõttu teeme aktsionäride korralisest üldkoosolekust otseülekande ning vastame täiendavatele küsimustele Nasdaq-i veebiseminari vahendusel. Aktsionäride üldkoosolek algab 28. mail 2015. a. algusega kell 10.00 ja üldkoosolekut on võimalik jälgida Nasdaq Baltic Veebiseminari teenuse abil. Koosolek toimub eesti keeles. Aktsionäride üldkoosoleku päevakord koos nõukogu ettepanekutega aktsionäridele on toodud 05. mail 2015. a. avalikustatud koosoleku kokkukutsumise teates siin. Veebiseminari viib läbi AS PRFoods juhatuse liige Indrek Kasela, kes jagab infot aktsionäride üldkoosleku päevakorras olevate punktide kohta ning tutvustab 2015. aasta esimese kvartali tulemusi. Küsimustele vastatakse peale presentatsiooni. Kuna veebiseminari aeg on piiratud, soovitame küsimused saata enne koosoleku toimumist, hiljemalt 26. mai südaööks e-kirja teel: [email protected]. Kuidas veebiseminaril osaleda? Veebiseminaril osalemiseks palume registreeruda hiljemalt 28. mail kell 10.00, läbi veebilingi siin. Registreerumise järgselt saadetakse veebiseminari link ning täpsed juhised. Kui osalete veebiseminaril esimest korda, siis palutakse Teil alla laadida rakendus, mis võtab aega mõned sekundid. Juhul kui rakenduse allalaadimine ei õnnestu, peaks automaatselt avanema veebibrauser, kus on võimalik veebiseminari kuulata. Tehnilistel põhjustel on veebiseminaril võimalik osaleda vaid 90 registreerunud osalejal, registreerumise järjekorra alusel. Osalejatele saadetakse üks tund enne veebiseminari meeldetuletuse e-mail. Veebiseminar lindistatakse ning avalikustatakse nii ettevõtte kodulehel www.prfoods.ee ning Nasdaq Balti youtube.com kontol. Mis on veebiseminar? Veebiseminar on virtuaalne konverents, mille käigus on ettevõtte esindajatel võimalus ettevõtte ning selle tulemuste kohta infot jagada. Veebiseminar võimaldab vahetut suhtlust ning annab võimaluse küsida küsimusi otse ettevõtte juhtkonnalt. Juhime tähelepanu asjaolule, et veebiseminari vahendusel on võimalik ainult kuulata ja küsida küsimusi. Aktsionäri õiguste teostamine (st hääletamine) ei ole veebiseminari vahendusel võimalik. The general meeting of the shareholders of AS PRFoods will be broadcasted and additional questions will be answered via webinar

We are committed to full business transparency and therefore the general meeting of the shareholders will be broadcasted and additional questions will be answered using the Nasdaq webinar service. The general meeting of shareholders will take place on May 28th 2015 at 10 am and the meeting can be monitored via Nasdaq Baltic webinar. The meeting will be held in Estonian. The agenda for the general meeting of shareholders together with the proposals of the Supervisory Board is available in the announcement to convene the general meeting of the shareholders made on 5th of May 2015 here. The webinar will be hosted by the Member of the Board Indrek Kasela, who will share information in regards to agenda of the general meeting of the shareholders and introduce the results of the company for the first quarter of 2015. All questions will be answered after the presentation. Due to limited webinar time, we encourage participants to send their questions before the webinar until May 26th by midnight by email to [email protected]. How to join the webinar? To join the webinar, please register at the latest by 28th May at 10 am, via following link. After registration you will be provided with the webinar link and instructions how to join successfully. When joining the webinar for the first time, you will be asked to download the plug-in which will take only few seconds. In case plug-in can't be downloaded web browser should automatically open for you to attend the webinar. Due to technical reasons, only the first 90 registered participants based on first-come-first-serve principle will have the opportunity to participate in the webinar. Registered participants will receive a reminder e-mail one hour prior to the webinar. The webinar will be recorded and available online for everyone at the company’s website on www.prfoods.ee and on Nasdaq Baltic youtube.com account. What is webinar? Webinar is a virtual conference, during which company’s representatives give information about the company and its performance. Webinar allows interactive communication and a possibility to ask questions and get answers directly from the board members of the company. We draw your attention to the fact that only listening and asking questions is possible via webinar. Exercising shareholder´s rights (i.e. voting) is not possible via webinar.
