Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Ämari lennubaasi hoonetekompleks)
Message
Nordecon AS ja Kaitseministeerium sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Ämari lennuväebaasi
rajatava hoonetekompleksi ehituseks.
Tööde ligikaudne lepinguline maksumus on 7 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd lõpevad kevadel 2016.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd üle 710 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Ämari flight base building complex)
Message
Nordecon AS signed a construction contract with Estonian Ministry of Defence
for the construction of building complex in Ämari flight base.
The approximate value of the contract is 7 million euros, excluding VAT. The
works end in spring 2016.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2014 was 161 million euros and net profit 2.3 million euros. Currently Nordecon
