(esindab Clearstream Banking S.A.) on leppinud kokku lõpetada juriidiline vaidlus AS Baltika 20.04.2012 aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse päevakorra punkti 4 osas (H- ja I-võlakirjade väljastamine). Agreement to end the legal dispute

AS Baltika decided not to file an appeal in cassation as announced on April 13, 2015. AS Baltika and E.Miroglio Finance S.A. (represented by Clearstream Banking S.A.) have agreed to end the legal dispute over the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of AS Baltika from 20.04.2012 under item 4 on the agenda (the issuance of convertible H-Bonds and I-Bonds).
