Kortermaja arenduse käivitamine (Kalamaja, Tallinn)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-05-08 08:29 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus on käivitanud Tallinnas Kalamaja linnaosas asuva Jahu tn 1A kortermaja arenduse, hoone valmimine on planeeritud 2016. aasta suveks. Viiekorruselise isikupärase arhitektuuriga Jahu tn 1A kortermaja (www.merko.ee/jahu1a) arhitekt on Alice Laanemägi. Hoonele annavad lisaväärtust esimese ja katusekorruse terrassid, samuti õuealal paiknevad lehtla, mänguväljak ja puhkeala. Parkimiskohad on kavandatud hoovialale ja hoone maa-alusele korrusele. B-energiaklassiga liftiga varustatud hoone 37 korteris on vesipõrandaküte ning soojustagastusega ventilatsiooniseadmed. Ülemistest korteritest avanevad kaunid vaated merele või lõuna suunas. Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-05-08 08:29 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus has launched the development of an apartment building in the Kalamaja district of Tallinn, at Jahu 1A. The building is scheduled for completion by summer 2016. The five-storey apartment building at Jahu 1A with distinctive architecture (www.merko.ee/jahu1a) was designed by Alice Laanemägi. The terraces on the ground and loft level enhance the value of the building. A gazebo, playground and recreational area are situated in the yard.
