AS-i Tallinna Vesi 2015. aasta esimese kvartali tulemused peegeldavad majandustegevuse stabiilsust, müügitulu suurenes 2% võrra

AS Tallinna Vesi tariifid püsivad 2010. aasta tasemel, mistõttu sõltub vee- ja
kanalisatsiooniteenuste müügist teenitud tulu täiel määral tarbimisest. 2015.
aasta I kvartali müügitulu on võrreldes möödunud aasta sama perioodiga tõusnud
2,0% võrra, 13,57 miljoni euroni. Põhitegevusest teenitud ärikasum on
suurenenud 18,3% võrra 6,66 miljoni euroni. Ärikasumi suurenemise peamiseks
põhjuseks on madalamad saastetasu kulud võrreldes 2014. aasta I kvartaliga, mil
ettevõte oli sunnitud tasuma kõrgendatud saastetasu seoses 400 kordselt
vähendatud raskemetallidele lubatava kontsentratsiooniga puhastatud heitvees.
Alates 2014. aasta kolmandast kvartalist kehtib ettevõttele uuendatud vee
erikasutusluba, millest on kõnealused piirmäärad eemaldatud.
2015. aasta I kvartali puhaskasum, ilma 2014. aasta ühekordsete mõjudeta
saastetasu kuludele ning SWAP-i ümberhindlusest tulenevate muutuste mõjudeta,
oli võrreldes eelmise aasta sama perioodiga 1,4% ehk 0,08 miljoni euro võrra
suurem.
Seoses käimasoleva kohtuvaidlusega, Eesti õigusruumis halduslepinguks nimetatud
erastamislepingu tingimuste üle, on 2015. aastal kohalikus kohtus peetud kolm
istungit. Halduskohtu otsust on oodata mais 2015.a. Samas rõhutab ettevõte, et
tegemist ei ole tõenäoliselt lõpliku otsusega, kuna osapooltel on võimalus
otsus edasi kaevata järgmisesse kohtuinstantsi.

Title
Financial results of AS Tallinna Vesi for the 1st quarter of 2015 reflect stability, sales have increased by 2%
Message
AS Tallinna Vesi’s tariffs continue to be on the same level as in 2010,
therefore, the revenues from the sales of water and sewer services fully depend
on the consumption. During the 1st quarter of 2015 the sales have gone up
compared to the same period in 2014, increasing 2.0% to 13.57 million euros.
Operating profit from the main activities has increased by 18.3% to 6.66
million euros. This increase is mainly driven by lower pollution tax costs,
compared to the same period in 2014 when the Company had to pay the elevated
pollution tax due to the fact that the allowed concentration of heavy metals in
treated effluent were reduced up to 400 times. Starting from the 3rd quarter of
2014, the Company has been issued a new permit for a special use of water, from
which these limit concentrations have been removed.
Net profit for the 1st quarter of 2015, without one-time impacts from pollution
tax costs and reassessment of SWAP contracts value in 2014, was 1.4% or 0.08
million euros bigger than for the same period in 2014.
In connection with the ongoing court action regarding the conditions of the
privatization agreement, termed as a contract under public law in the Estonian
legal system, three hearings have been held in the local court in 2015. The
administrative court ruling is expected in May 2015. At the same time, the
Company would like to stress that this decision will not likely to be final, as
both parties may appeal it to the next degree of jurisdiction.
